New homes for two families – now a reality

24 Rollesby St

Two families will have new homes thanks to Habitat for Humanity’s ‘rent-to-own’scheme and commercial construction company Naylor Love’s innovative “Mahana House” design.

The Rollesby Street, Christchurch, project is delivering 2 x 3 bedroom homes. These are the first of these scalable, practical, very attractive homes. The company plan to have them available in other cities in the near future.

Compac Commercial was very pleased to collaborate on the Rollesby Street project, which included high-spec wall lining made of laminated MDF from Compac Panels. The lining saved time on the build and provides an attractive durable, easy care interior solution.

Built-in joinery was also provided for the kitchen, living and bedrooms, including wardrobes, drawers, shelving, and storage.
